The 2012 Tampa Bay Host Committee, Inc. is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization charged with organizing and hosting the 2012 Republican National Convention the week of August 27, 2012. The Committee will raise private funds to alleviate the burdens on government in paying for certain costs of the Convention, coordinating logistics and working with law enforcement agencies to provide a safe and secure event.
